Empower Academy Nigeria is a first-of-its-kind, state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing training institution dedicated to transforming Nigeria’s health and industrial landscape. In strategic partnership with the Presidential Initiative for Unlocking the Healthcare Value Chain (PVAC), Empower Academy is being developed as a national hub for pharmaceutical excellence.
What is the vision of Empower Academy Nigeria?
The vision is to create a digitally-enabled hub for pharmaceutical manufacturing education and training, focusing on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), entrepreneurship development, and hands-on technical learning to strengthen production capacity, workforce skills, and innovation in Nigeria's health sector.
Where is Empower Academy based?
The main office is located at Empower Swiss (Empower School of Health), Chemin des Mines 2, Sécheron, Geneva 1202, Switzerland. The academy also has facilities and operations in Nigeria.

What is the Industry Map?
The Industry Map is an interactive visualization of pharmaceutical manufacturers across Nigeria's 36 states and FCT, developed in partnership with PMG-MAN (Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Group of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria).
How do I use the Industry Map?
You can:
  • Click on any state on the map to see manufacturer details
  • Use the Search function to find specific states or companies
  • Click on the legend to filter by number of manufacturers (0, 1-5, 6-10, 11-20, 21+)
What information does the Industry Map show?
The map displays:
  • Number of pharmaceutical companies in each Nigerian state
  • Company names and details when you click on a state
  • Geographic distribution of pharmaceutical manufacturing capacity
