This Platform is operated by Empower Swiss SARL, headquartered in Switzerland and hosted on EU servers. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Empower Swiss SARL and its authorised affiliates. “You” refers to any individual user of the Platform.
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful educational purposes and not to:

All content including courses, logos, text, graphics and software is owned by Empower Swiss SARL or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access materials for your own learning use only. Copying, redistributing or commercially exploiting content is strictly prohibited without written permission.
Course enrolment provides time-limited access to learning materials and assessments. Certificates are issued electronically upon successful completion of requirements. We may update or discontinue content at any time.
Certain courses may require payment. Prices and currencies are displayed on the Platform. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once access is granted, except for duplicate billing or verified technical errors. Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] within 7 working days.
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be stored and processed within the EU and transferred as necessary for service delivery with adequate safeguards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the preceding twelve (12) months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control or endorse their content and are not responsible for their privacy practices or terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or laws. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ends, and we may delete associated data subject to legal retention requirements.
You agree to use the Platform ethically and to respect fellow learners and instructors. You must not share course content publicly or for commercial use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Empower Swiss SARL and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and, for EU users, to the extent required, by applicable EU consumer protection laws. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja or Lagos, Nigeria.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions take effect upon posting on the Platform with the revised “Effective Date”. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
