A Quality Control Chemist conducts routine and non-routine chemical and physical testing-using techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and titration-on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. They analyze and interpret results against defined specifications, document findings, troubleshoot deviations (e.g., OOS/OOT), collaborate with production/R&D/QA teams to resolve quality issues, and maintain calibration, compliance to GMP/GLP/ISO, and audit-ready lab records.
